Which of the following classes of receptors is not affected by clozapine?

Clozapine (pharmacology)

Clozapine is an atypical antipsychotic drug classified as a tricyclic dibenzodiazepine derivative.

It effects are not limited to a single receptor and has an effect at the dopamine receptors D1, D2, D3, D4, D5. It has a particularly high affinity for the D4 receptor.

It appears more active at the limbic than at striatal dopamine receptors which may explain it reduced incidence of ESPE's.

It also acts as an antagonist at adrenergic, cholinergic, histaminergic and serotonergic receptors.

It tends to produce little or no prolactin elevation.
