Clock drawing test
The clock drawing test is used as a quick screening test for cognitive dysfunction.
The patient is asked to draw a clock on a piece of paper, putting the numbers on the clock and drawing on the clock hands in the position of 10 minutes past 11.
The test examines a range of different cognitive functions simultaneously, including:-
- Visuospatial ability
- Motor function
- Attention
- Comprehension
