SIADH
The syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone hypersecretion (SIADH) is charcterised by excessive secretion of ADH resulting in hyponatremia and fluid overload (ADH basically dilutes the blood).
SIADH has many causes, just remember that one cause is antidepressants.
