SCOFF questionnaire
The SCOFF questionnaire is used to screen for eating disorders. The following questions are included.
A score of 2 or more indicates a likely case of anorexia nervosa or bulimia. An eating disorder can be suspected with 84.6% sensitivity and 98.6% specificity if a patient responds positively to 2 or more questions. The negative predictive value (proportion of subjects with a negative test result who are correctly diagnosed) is 99.3% (Rushing, 2003).

- Do you ever make yourself Sick because you feel uncomfortably full?
- Do you ever worry that you have lost Control over how much you eat?
- Have you recently lost more than One stone in a three month period?
- Do you believe yourself to be Fat when others say you are too thin?
- Would you say Food dominates you life?
